Voor mensen met een gevoelige huid of kinderen gebruik je bij voorkeur geen essentiële olie.
   

2. Warm de massageolie eerst op tussen je handen en masseer het volledige lichaam. De olie rechtstreeks op het lichaam laten druppelen is niet aan- genaam.
